Bishop is accused of spraying officers A.A. and B.S. with chemical spray outside of the Capitol. He allegedly sprayed Officer B.S. underneath his face shield. He later entered the building and is seen peacefully walking through the ropes in the Rotunda with the crowd. He appears to ask others for directions.
