Brian Scott Jackson

Brian Scott is accused of hurling a flag pole toward police inside of the Tunnel at the West Terrace. He and his brother were in the same area where Roseanne Boyland was killed.

Civil Disorder (1) Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers Using a Dangerous Weapon (2) Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon (3) Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon (4) Engaging in Physical Violence in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon (5) Act of Physical Violence in the Capitol Grounds or Buildings (6)

Case Status

Jackson was indicted on 6/29/22. On 7/12/222, he plead not guilty to all charges. A motion to revoke detention order was denied on 10/3/22. Next Status Conference is set for 12/7/2022 at 2:00 PM before Judge Rudolph Contreras.
