Anthony Vuksanaj

Capitol surveillance shows Vuksanaj inside the Capitol on Jan. 6th. He appears to be walking throughout the building, taking pictures and filming an interaction of police speaking with protesters.

It doesn’t appear he engaged in violence.

Anthony Vuksanaj was arrested on 9/30/21. He appeared in court on 10/7/21 and plead not guilty to all counts. Entered a plea of guilty to count 4 on 1/20/22. Sentencing held on 4/29/2022, sentenced on Count 4 to serve a term of 36 months Probation with special conditions of intermittent confinement and home detention. Further ordered to pay $10 special assessment, a fine of $2,000 and restitution in the amount of $500. An oral motion by the government for the dismissal of Counts 1, 2, and 3 of the Information was granted.
