Moat self-surrendered on 4/9/21 and appeared in court the same morning. Released on personal recognizance on 04/23/2021. He pleaded not guilty to all counts during an arraignment on 6/4/21. Entered a plea of guilty as to count 4 on 10/28/22. On 1/27/23, Moat was sentenced to 10 days in prison, $500 restitution, and a $10 special assessment.
