Arrested 6/16 and released on bond. He pleaded guilty to count 4. Sentencing set for 1/20/22. Video Sentencing held before Judge Christopher R. Cooper on 1/20/2022 as to ANTHONY SCIRICA. It is the judgment of the Court, as to Count 4, that the Defendant is sentenced to 15 days on incarceration (7 intermittent weekends), with credit for time served (1 day). The Defendant is furthered ordered to pay a $500 fine and $500 in restitution. Government's oral motion to dismiss the remaining counts of the information is hereby GRANTED.
