Case Status

Arrested 1/12/21. Charged via criminal information 1/12/21. Initial appearance and arraignment held 1/22/21 where Williams pleaded not guilty to all counts and was released on personal recognizance. Status hearing scheduled for 11/2 at 10 am. Defendant remains on personal recognizance. On 11/02/21, Williams pled guilty to one count; Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in the Capitol Building. On 2/9/22, he was sentenced to twenty four (24) months of probation, $500 of restitution and $10 special assessment. Release of Transcript Restriction in case as to ANDREW JAMES WILLIAMS before Judge Dabney L. Friedrich set for 6/21/2022.
