Andrew Taake

Taake allegedly engaged in altercations with Capitol Police.  He is accused of pepper spraying them. It is possible he brought a weapon that appears to be combination of a baton and whip with him for self-protection.  Taake entered the Capitol Building and is seen pictured in various places throughout the building.

Arrested and initial appearance held 7/23/21. Status conferences were held on 10/6, 12/7, and 4/8. The next status conference takes place virtually on 5/20/22 at 10am
