Case Status
Arrested 2/23/21. Released on personal recognizance on 3/2/21. Indicted 3/19/21. Arraigned 5/4/21; plead not guilty to counts 1-5. Michetti plead guilty to count 1 on 5/31/22. On 9/6/22, he was sentenced to 9 months of prison, as well as 2 years of supervised release. Michetti was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment and $2,000 in restitution. Remaining counts 2-5 of the indictment dismissed on the Government's oral motion. On 7/5/23, he was ordered transferred to his term of Supervised Release.
