Case Status

Harris was arrested 3/26/21 and held without bond. During his arraignment and initial appearance in DC court on 5/3/21, Harris plead not guilty to all charges. On 6/2/21, he was released on personal recognizance. On 5/10/23, a Second Superseding Indictment was issued. On 5/31/23, he plead not guilty to all charges. After a bench trial with Judge Carl Nichols on 6/13/23, Harris was found guilty of all counts. Sentencing set for 9/27/23 at 12 30 in Courtroom 17. On 6/23/23, Harris was ordered detained pretrial.
