Chan was arrested on 9/21/21. Initially appeared in court and placed on personal recognizance 9/28/21. Arraigned 12/14/21, plead not guilty to all counts. Bench Trial held on 1/24/2023- verdict of guilty to counts 1, 2, 4 - and verdict of not guilty to count 3. Sentencing held on 5/5/2023, sentenced to a term of 3 months of incarceration on each of Counts 1, 2, 4, with all terms to run concurrently, followed by 12 months of Supervised Release on each of Counts 1 and 2. Special Assessment in the amount of $60. Restitution in the amount of $500. Filed an Appeal on 05/12/2023.
