Arrested 6/30/21. Initial Appearance/Detention Hearing/Arraignment took place on 7/8- he plead not guilty to all charges. His detention hearing was continued to 7/13/21 and he was ordered released. On 7/13/22, Superseding Indictment was issued. Perkins plead not guilty to all charges again on 7/28/22. On 6/21/23, the sentencings set for Defendants Doolin and Perkins was reset for August 16, 2023.
