Nicholas Reimler

There are pictures of Reimler inside the Capitol Building, however he faces no violent charges.  His statements of facts indicate he was peacefully walking around the building, went to the area of the Capitol known as the Crypt, and then exited the building.

Case Status

Arrested on 02/18/2021 in St. Louis, MO. Initial appearance held on 3/25/21- placed on personal recognizance. Reimler plead guilty to count 3 on 9/17/21. On 12/10/21, he was sentenced to 36 Months of probation, a $10.00 special assessment, and $500 restitution. Counts 1 and 2 dismissed on oral motion by the government.
