An individual tipped the FBI, stating they drove Kelley to Washington, DC on Jan. 6.
Kelley is accused of throwing a police officer to the ground with two other men. In addition, the DOJ claims he entered the Senate wing through a broken window, claiming he was the fourth person in the building.

Case Status
Kelley was arrested on 5/5/22 and appeared in court the following day. He was ordered released. His preliminary hearing was scheduled for 10/18/22. Indicted 12/16/22. On 12/22/22, he plead not guilty to all charges. His pretrial release was revoked the same day. Last status conference was on 3/23/23. The next one is on 7/7/23 at 2pm virtually.
