Arrested on 7/9/21. Initial appearance on 7/16/21. He was released on personal recognizance bond on 07/16/21. Entered a plea of not guilty to all counts on 8/20/21 and 12/9/21. On 3/13/23, he plead guilty to count 2. Rodriguez's sentencing occurs on 7/18/23 at 10 am in Courtroom 14.
