A YouTube video identified Albuquerque Head as present at the Capitol on Jan 6th. He allegedly pushed an officer with a riot shield and pulled him out of a tunnel, saying “I’m gonna try to help you out here. You hear me?”
After removing him from the tunnel, the officer was allegedly assaulted by others in the crowd.
