Sandra Suzanne Weyer

Sandra Pomeroy Weyer allegedly videotaped the attack on a New York Times reporter on Jan 6th.  Weyer is also pictured inside the Capitol Building in her Charging Documents, but nowhere in it does it reference violence committed by her.

Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Case Status

Arrested 6/28/21 and initial appearance held the same afternoon. Released on personal recognizance on 7/1/21. Entered a not guilty plea to all counts on 2/11/22. Status Conference set for 11/17/2022 at 3:30 PM in Telephonic/VTC before Judge Emmet G. Sullivan. Remains on personal recognizance.
