Leslie Gray

Leslie Gray entered the Capitol with the crowd and filmed the events inside. She allegedly yelled at police, calling them “traitors” and expressing her frustration that they threw flashbangs into the crowd.

Leslie Gray was arrested on 6/15/22. Placed on personal recognizance on 6/23/22. Plea Agreement Hearing held 6/1/2023, entered a plea of guilty to Count 3. Sentencing held on 10/23/2023, sentenced to 12 months and 1 day of incarceration, 12 months of supervised release, $2,000 restitution and $100 special assessment.
