Case 1-Landon Bryce Mitchell

Landon Mitchell and codefendant Bender entered the Capitol. They walked through the Rotunda and visited the Senate Chamber along with others in the crowd. They remained inside of the Senate chamber for approximately 5 minutes, taking pictures. Mitchell allegedly picked up a document on one of the desks and began looking at it.
